Greenlane reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in Greenlane courses. We may require verification of your identity for certain premium programs.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Greenlane is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your information.

Upon successful enrollment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Sharing access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.

Course materials are provided for personal educational purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content without prior written consent from Greenlane is a violation of these terms.

All payments must be made through our authorized payment processors. Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for standard courses if less than 25% of the content has been accessed. Premium and live cohort programs have separate refund policies outlined at enrollment.

All course content, including videos, worksheets, and resources, remains the exclusive property of Greenlane and its instructors. Downloading content for offline use is permitted only within the platform's designated features.

Any trademarks or branding displayed on the platform belong to Greenlane. You may not use our name or logo without explicit written permission.
